About us

Originally founded in 2011, we are a small company, which gives our clients the advantage of a unique and bespoke approach. We pride ourselves on being an extremely well organised team with great attention to detail and a quick turnaround on projects.

At Elf we live and breathe our clients’ brands, just as they do. We believe this is the only way to truly understand your market and your customers. We go above and beyond to research the competition, to fully understand our clients’ trading environments, and to ensure that we are doing the best job we can. We are passionate about what we do from start to finish. We love to really get to know our clients and what you are looking for, so we can offer the best service to you.

Our close-knit team currently consists of 5 people with a wide range of experience from pub companies to drinks brands, and leisure. With access to additional freelance resource this means we can quickly step up the team to manage heavier workloads.

We are located in North Yorkshire, and are able to travel around the UK for meetings. We are flexible and always available via email or telephone, or Skype if you wish. Great communication is one of our strong points.

Our Culture

We believe the way we work helps maintain the highest standards and keeps us pretty unique. Before 9 every morning we run through all work in progress with designers. We prioritise and assign people to make sure all the work is completed on time and to the highest standards. We promise to always deliver to the highest standard, to budget, and on time.




We work very closely with our clients as their strategic partner, whether this is in creating new promotions or developing the entire brand, we take care of the whole process from brief to delivery.


Our Account Handlers work with you as part of your marketing team to implement the short and long-term marketing plans for your brand. We’ll meet to discuss your initial brief, then take this back to our designers to brief them in depth.


We work with a range of designers who have a variety of skills. We’ll select the most appropriate designers to meet your brief. Once we arrive at a suitable creative destination, we’ll pitch and present our ideas back to you.


We’ll then organise all aspects of your project – from initial briefing, through to presenting ideas, managing budgets, organising meetings, liaising with printers, preparing artwork for print, conducting competitor research, and should your project require it, we can provide high quality outsourced photography and art direction.


Packaging, stationery, logo design, menu design, brochures, launch materials, brand concepts, photography, art direction, point of sale materials…the list goes on, but you can guarantee we’ll produce it for you, delivering your project to the timescales you set out and within your budget requirements.
